You can throw a party on the cheap with items you find in the Dollar Spot Section at Target. I recently had an Americana themed party, and I bought a few items from the Target Dollar Spot that I combined with items I already had at my home. Here is how it turned out:
I spent $12 on all of these items from the dollar spot.
Here is what the table looked like all decked out with my inexpensive Americana decor.
I used the $1 package of napkins to wrap up the plastic ware and put them all in a basket.
I also bought plates and cups that were only $1.00.
These fun bowls were my favorite purchase. They worked great for holding some of the food.
This large blue bowl worked great for holding the watermelon. I think it’s great to have something like this on hand, especially if you have to take food to a potluck, since it was only $1 you don’t feel so bad if it gets left behind.
We made some cupcakes with the cupcake liner and toppers that were also found in the dollar spot at Target.
Lastly, I used the 3 metal containers as handle holders for on the table. At night the candlelight shone through the cutout holes on the metal buckets.
